Allons enfants de la Patrie...

After living in France for a year, my mother (who also lived there years before) and I have always made a deal about Bastille Day. It's fun to celebrate atypical holidays, and Bastille Day is one of my favorites. I had such a wonmderful time living both in the south of France and in the 7th arrondissement in Paris, and will never forget it.
